The Barriers to Self Development

There are some obstacles de self development. There are students who are unable to fulfill completely their career dream because of barriers based on social political criteria. There are professors who are already used to a way of thinking which does not allow them to integrate others. The professors sometimes do not like the students to take a position that may be too advanced or revolutionary. The professors fear that some of their students will be better known by them and therefore have more popularity. The education should obey completely to the ethic of universality. By awarding the most gifted students and among them those who have become presidents or outstanding public officers that is how it will be possible for each one of us to fulfill our own self development and therefore feel all the warmth that we deserve.
