Three Keys to Success
This is an article on what a teacher needs to succeed.
Teaching is one profession that is so interesting, but at the same time demanding and most importantly very tedious and somewhat dangerous. Dangerous in the sense that it has to do with people’s life and destiny. So, if you jeopardize other people’s future by not properlly carrying out your duty as a teacher, just know it that yours won’t be better either, because ‘what you sow is what you reap. So then, what is the best way to go about this profession to avoid this danger and make a a successful career in teaching?
Here is the best way.
As it is well noted that there is a whole lot of things a teacher needs to do in order to succeed in the teaching profession. Below are three major keys that summarizes the rest of the things a teacher needs to do in order to succeed. Here they are:
1. Dedication; as a teacher, you need to be and dedicated, soul, spirit and body if you really want to succeed. This entails being punctual and regular, proper and effective time management, proper research before handling any topic, continuous upgrading of one’s self, etc.
2. Effective communication; without proper and effective communication, you will achieve little or no result. You should know the right word to use at any point in time. Giving examples that are in line with the topic at hand, using gammars that are appropriate for the level you are handling, etc.
3. Result Driven; finally you need to do everything within your power to achieve results. Because this is the bottom line of all. Very important.
Hope this helps.

This is just the tip of the iceberg.
A teacher has to be resourceful, in order to work with limited supplies and still produce the best.
They have to be a counselor, to help the students who come in with all types of issues.
A teacher has to be a trained negotiator, able to diffuse the violent tendencies of some students.

I quite agree with you with you. But I want to understand that all you have just said still summarized in that one and singular point ‘DEDICATION’
