Conference of National White Churches

Really? Promoting a better life for white people?

Conference of National White Churches

The Conference of National White Churches is an organization whose stated goal is “to improve the quality of life for White Americans.”  The Conference is an umbrella organization that intends to serve millions of white people by filling a void for a unified voice of faith that will be one strong voice of advocacy.

Although the general public may think things are fine for white people, leadership of The Conference of National White Churches knows that there is a significant need to advance the cause of white people in the areas of education, health, public policy, social justice and economic empowerment.  By doing so, some of the ravages of affirmative action can be undone.

Good thing you read this far.  Seems that I made a mistake in the first two paragraphs.  You need to substitute ‘Black’ for ‘White’ in the above paragraphs and drop the reference to affirmative action.  Then the article will be correct.

There is a Conference of National Black Churches and it was recently formed to be an advocate for any cause that will help African Americans.  Star Parker, columnist at Townhall.com has stated that this umbrella organization over 30 million individuals and 50,000 congregations really has nothing new to offer.  Their vision and charter is really nothing different than Jesse Jackson declared many years ago.

Star Parker happens to be African American and she is in that minority of black people that has moved away from begging crumbs at the Democrats table.  She points out that Conference of National Black Churches is just another organization that does not want to acknowledge that the point of the civil rights movement was “individual liberty”.   Black clergy need to understand that freedom mean ‘a culture of responsibility, not a culture of entitlement.’  Empowerment comes when individuals take responsibility for their own lives, not by a forced transfer of what belongs to others.

The clergy apparently need to be reminded of the Ten commandments.  People must respect the property of others, not steal it.  People are also prohibited from being overly concerned with what others have; Thou Shalt Not Covet.

African Americans all across the land should wake up and realize what a treasure they have in people like Star Parker.
