No Sympathy for Heather Locklears Newest Drama!

R-rrrrroll Em! Why I have zero interest in Heather Locklears newest Drama!

Heather Locklear has made another attention grabbing trip to the hospital.

Please forgive my lack of sympathy but, all I can say is – YAWN!!

Apparently – Heather isn’t ‘adjusting’ well to aging.  Her drinking and drugging and moaning and bitching and plastic surgery, and trips to the emergency room have increased in direct tandem with the increase in her age – and the decrease in her roles.

Poor dear.

Perhaps she believed her stardom would keep her safe from such mundane, common-folk issues such as wrinkles, thinning hair, thinning skin, age spots, and other assorted bags and sags associated with not dying young?

While this jaunt to the hospital is being ‘credited’ to her broken engagement to Jack Wagner (boohoo) – it is, in fact – just another symptom of the Disease of Celebrity: The desperate and dangerous need for constant attention. Constant adulation. Constant applause.

Other textbook symptoms of this dreaded disease that Heather exhibits so blatantly are: Complete self-absorption, narcissism, a sense of entitlement, excessive plastic surgery, and an all-encompassing inability to see the bigger picture which resides just past the end of her perfectly powdered nose!

We won’t even mention her influence upon – and indifference to – her 14 year old daughter, Ava – who gets to bear witness to her mother’s meltdowns, theatrics, and tantrums! Good example, Heather. I guess parent of the year is not the award you are gunning for?

I don’t know about anyone else, but, I’m finding it very difficult to muster any sympathy for one of the most beautiful, talented, successful, wealthy, healthy, and gifted women on the face of the planet!

My sympathy quota seems to be sucked dry by other little things like global suffering, starvation, violence, terrorism, child abuse, corruption, homelessness, and inequity.

Call me crazy!

If there was ever a woman who had everything – certainly Heather Locklear embodies her!

It is simply offensive to this author that instead of being appreciative and showing gratitude for a beautiful and blessed life – she chooses instead to wallow in self-pity, refuse rehab, and resort to self-abuse to get the attention she feels she lacks!

Shame on her.

She’s one of those actresses that I rarely pay attention to. Maybe if she concentrated on her career, she wouldn’t have time to worry about aging. She’s still a pretty lady. It’s time to take the mother roles and forget about the sex-kitten ones. :0) Just saying.

I don’t like her. In my opinion, all her problems are results from what she does to herself, like many other celebrities. As to aging, it is a natural path for every woman, celebrity or not. No going back.

Actually I have seen her in the grocery store and she is a drama queen at the bakery counter…she is totally self-absorbed and why the media gives her this type of attention is beyond me…nonsense is what she is…

There’s a reason why I don’t pay attention to celebs… way too much drama!

She looks puffy, and plastic surgery didn’t do her any justice…and there is way too much drama and I have my own up in the air life to deal with…

All good things come to an end at some point. She should be thankful for what she has and start paying attention to her child.
