9-11 Disaster in US Money?

Honestly i think this is just a coincidence but it COULD be possible proof of the attack on september 11. There is also another way to fold an American $1 bill and make it say Osama but i think someone with a lot of time on their hands just wanted to try and convince people that there was clues that the 9/11 attacks were going to happen. But there could have definitely been clues and most likely the people that found these images are people who thought that George Bush was planning the attack because how would the Al Quaida terrorists get those images in the American Money?

This is something completely unrelated to 9/11 but i know something strange about some older canadian money:

can you see the devils face in the Queens hair? As soon as i heard about this i had to see if it was true and yes it is but i think it’s still a coincidence but people have their opinions.
