Cultures
From Asian to Continental, food differs in taste and in preparation, so do the cultures of a country.
The culture of a country stands on its history, language and social background. A culture is just like a tradition of a country, the usual rituals, and customs and of course religion and language.
It also depends on the societies, by an individual himself.
We can also see cultures depend on the geographic position of countries. We can see this occurring especially between India and Sri Lanka.
Language and Literature
In most Asian countries, there exist languages coming from one or two “home” languages. Like in East Asia, we see the languages spoken in Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Singapore, etc. have similar scripts.
Religion
Religions existing in south Asia include: Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism , etc.
Food
The food found in south Asia is very ethnic and traditional types of food can be found everywhere. From those sweet and sour dishes in China to the chaat in India.
In Europe and the Western countries, we see some difference based on taste and the preparations. They include pastas from Italy to those scrumptious puddings and those delicious bagels found in America.
As we can see, cultures stand the background of any county. The origin of a country lies in its traditions and customs. Every country is unique by its language, religion, food and even the way of life.
