Knotted Things

Hundreds of years passed without too much happening, and the only real Friend that the knot fairy had were sailors, it taught them all manner of maritime knots, most of them are still in use today, in fact the knot fairy was nominated for the job of patron saint of mariners, but he lost out by a short head. this brings us to he modern era, the day of TV, computers games consoles etc, these are the new playground of the knot fairy, it is guaranteed, that if you tidy your TV or computer cables, and turn your back on them for any length of time, you will return to a jumble of wires that resembles a plate of spaghetti, this has spawned a whole new breed of inventions to combat the knot fairy, cable drums weren’t invented to store cable on, they were invented to stop the knot fairy, have you noticed that when engineers lay cable underground, they lay it in plastic tubing, this is for the sole purpose of foiling the knot fairy, cable tidies, were also invited. Are there still any none believers out there? I doubt it, but if there is, go and get knotted.
