Monster Called Loch Ness
The water was calm and the boat continued traveling along normally. Then. beside the boat a creature which looked like nothing the captain had ever seen before, stuck its long humped back out of the water.

There is a lake in Scotland in which, some people say that a monster called Loch Ness monster “Nessie” lives. Many people have claimed to have seen the monster, indeed people been seeing Nessie off and on for hundreds of years.
Loch Ness is a deep, cold lake in northern Scotland. This lake is about 37 kilometers long and more than 230 metres deep in some places. The River Ness flows down through the lake on its way out to the sea. The water is so murky that its hard for the divers to see the anything within a metre.
More people began reporting the sightings of the monster after a new road was built on the west side of the Loch. During 1933 and 1935, Nessie monster was spotted more than 40 times.
In 1933, the MacLennan family reported seeing a long necked monster in the lake. Mrs MacLennan was on vacation near the lake, she strolled along the grassy slope, when she looked down the slope to the water edge, she saw the strange looking creature lying on the River bank. Its great flabby body was dark and grey and its neck was stretched out on the grass as if it was sleeping. Mrs MacLennan started screaming when she saw this strange creature. With this the monster raised its head and scrambled towards the water. Later Mrs MacLennan described the monster as a strange looking creature with 4 short stubby legs and very long neck, it moved by using all four legs.
Four years later a tugboat captain was steering his boat across Lock Ness. The water was calm and the boat travelling along normally. Then beside the boat a creature which looked like nothing the captain had ever seen before, stuck its long humped back out of the water. It had a long slender neck and a little head. the monster rushed ahead and, gained speed on the boat and disappeared in the waters.
Through the years, many more sightings of the monster were reported to the local authorities. Some people believe that no monster exists because no carcass has ever been found and no one has ever seen a baby monster. However, some scientists believe that that carcasses would sink to the bottom of the river and two or three humps that people have reported seeing could be two or three creatures travelling together.
The mystery of Loch Ness may be closer to an answer than ever before. Scientists have given Nessie a proper scientific name, “Nessiteras rhombopteryx” meaning Ness marvel with a diamond-shaped fin. They believe that science will soon solve the ancient mystery.
