Planetary Collision or Nuclear War?

Most doomsayers predict that the world will end by planetary collision. An unknown planet called Nibiru they say is destined to collide with Earth on the year 2012 causing global cataclysm and irreversible damage. Is the Bible supporting this prophecy?

A nuclear weapon is a political symbol, a driving force that makes a country to achieve international supremacy, global domination, worldwide recognition and national prestige. One wrong decision to use it will plunge neighboring nations to conflict. Any tyrant and madman is susceptible from the sway of the devil and his minions. These evil spirit beings will do anything to let us destroy ourselves, even urging us to push one button to release the holocaust of nuclear war. If you want to know how the Devil and his minions work to influence and possess us unknowingly, read the article, Beware of the Demons’ Whisper.

Like a Thief in the Night

In 2 Peter 3:10:

“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.”

According to Gotquestions.org, the “Day of the Lord” is a period of time where the wrath of God Almighty (Rev. 16:4) will be poured out. Notice that it will come like a thief. If Nibiru will come to fulfill the Day of the Lord, it could be predicted like comets, weather, eclipse and other celestial phenomenon. We will know when Nibiru will enter the asteroid belt, the distance it will fly near to the Earth, how many months before it will arrive and so on and so forth. But in a nuclear strike, can we know when it will commence? No. In case of Nibiru, sooner or later astronomers not within holding grasp of the government will discover that it is indeed fast approaching towards Earth. We could be warned months to years of preparation before we could finally feel its impact. While in a nuclear strike, we will be caught off-guard with only days or month of thinking how to survive-if you are lucky enough you are far from ground zero.

Nibiru or Nuclear War?

From the Bible point of view, we could see that the Nibiru doomsday theory is far fetched from reality. It is a myth based on Sitchin’s stories of aliens rather than prophecies of our times. Set dates were also been given, which the Bible clearly reminded that no one knows (not even Jesus) except the Father when will the time of the Apocalypse will be. Celestial manifestation and calamities that the Nibiru will create if it will flyby near Earth or will collide with it is far unbelievable when it comes to science and the Holy Scriptures. If Nibiru is destined to create havoc, chances are that nations all over the world will be too busy preparing for the impending doomsday even cooperating to survive rather than squabble for a piece of land in the Middle East. Governments all over the world could prepare for the impending cataclysm, for an unknown object as large as Nibiru could be detected by amateur astronomers as far as planet Pluto-thus denouncing the Bible’s claim that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.

A nuclear war could create the horrifying destruction described in the Bible more accurately, with less intense and not overkill, thus allowing the bitterness (Wormwood) to creep for man to suffer in the Tribulation period. We could not predict it because it is driven politically, and politics worldwide is always unstable-especially in the Middle East where the great battle in Armageddon will take place. A nuclear war is likely to occur in the coming future but it will not end the world. It will be cut short, because Jesus will return to establish the kingdom of God.

So what you are saying that the theory of Nibiru fulfilling the prophecy in the Bible is not true? I think we are forcing here to choose between two books, the Holy Bible against the Twelfth Planet by Zacharia Sitchin.

A couple of years ago, fox, Cnn, BBC etc. weren’t having any trouble reporting about a cometh that was on (near) collision course. Set to be happening in and around 2019. Then we have the Sumerian legacy. The Mayan Calender and Chinese I ching are pionting at the same idea. So there are more ´Books´ of legacy! As there always have been! Even the american indians. So i don’t get the ‘radiosilence’ of the official media on this. Well it’s even when new species are found on earth, one still will not hear about this. Never narrow it down to one or two. It´s within the legacy of all our cultures of wich we could have found some answers. But the dominance of a religion can hold back so many more info, and usually condemns the other before we even get to learn a tip of the iceberg. So here we are in times where every man is for themselfes. Religious or not. Shall we combine our knowledge and try to shoot some clusterbombs and nukes on a piece of rock in space. Maybey Iran could come in handy afterall. Or shall ´the higher society´ dive away in bunkers? Let’s say that maybey for those mighty people, it’s a nice opportunity to finally tryout if an actual ‘Ark of Noah’ can be made possible. Sounds crazy? you should hear out the Jehova people at your doorstep they are as indoctrinated as hell. But also a huge population of the US is. Since we all think we are bigger than anything else. I don’t mind beeing swept away and let another specie have their chance. Hmm…comes close to that Jehova’s witness story afterall…they are so doomy.

As for this article, it does’nt respond to the question is there or is there not a body comming this way? Lame asif the writer doenst wanna know himself. Great summing up but that’s just it.

Yes, its true. Many times there had been reports that a comet was on (near) collision course with earth. But on what odd? 1 in 100,000. Now that the scientists have been studying its course and its orbit, it has lengthened considerably.

It is also true. All books of legacy are pointing on one idea. But it mixes up and some contradicts each other.

Lastly, it is a question of planetary collision or nuclear war. Not if there is or if there is not a heavenly body coming this way.

    Please, Humans:

We have all come here to die. We are all in prison of Planet Earth. You can not escape this place. The Gaurds are at the gate. Gaurdian Angles? Call them what you may they still Gaurd this Planet with its unbreakable gates of Sky and Gravity, including this Flesh Body that will not live if we leave.

It will not matter if a Star,Planet or Car Crash Kills you. You still gotta deal with Truth, Honesty, Justice and the American Way. Come on Supperman where are you when we need you? Oh that is why Jesus Came here? to show us the way out of this Prison? Forgivenes! Wow What a concept.

Nibiru dose not exist, the However there are Objects Beonyd the Outer Pluto Known as Haumea, Makemake, Eris, and Zecharia Sitchin sounds Crazy, Why whould an Advance Race Mine gold? And Why on Earth? Most of The Gold earth poseses in in the Core, the rest is mostly For Impacts, and No form of life could Survive on an object With that kind of orbit, and planetary alignment dose nothing to other planets, Plus earth has The Moon to Stablize The Poles, Rotation, and all that stuff, and Nibiru whould have likly been ejected form the solar ststem by now

And The Bible is Not Fact, It can’t be used to tell us about science or about the future

I agree with you that Nibiru does not exist. But I disagree with you that Bible is not a fact. As a Christian, God has taught us not to proceed on blind faith, “Test all things, hold fast what is good.” (1 Thes 5:21). Many prophecies of the Bible (if you know some of them) had already occurred. For what conclusion is your basis that Bible relies on pure myth if some of its books have predicted the life and death of Jesus Christ and it was fulfilled? Some other prophecies have already been fulfilled. I have provided one of the many links that collaborates that there are indeed facts from the Bible:

Although, there are other events, which are still a mystery to science but could be unveiled in the future like we have archeologically discovered in the past decades. It is only a matter of time before we could verify it all, especially when the prophecy about Jesus return to earth will be fulfilled. Douglas Winnail could explain more why we should trust the Bible.
