		<description>I always use salt water for a sore throat and it does work every time. I gave it to my children too, but they hated it.&lt;br /&gt;

I always put ice on their necks when they had a nose bleed and pressed the upper part of the nose, not the lower part of the nose.  that always worked.</description>
