The Journey of Life Ended in the Search of Pleasure
As the whole of Universe is being existed on the balancing factors of celestial system of universe, the art of extracting pleasure depends upon the balancing system of the person’s integrity where pleasure is an art to be created and not a fate of destiny.
What are the factors that could shake the individual’s notions to reduce the distress?
We have learnt and practiced as well the two unseen virtues, the virtue of punctuality and discipline. How do these virtues silently regulate our sense organs we never think of? Discipline as well as punctuality in every activity of an old person either increases the glory of pleasure of a contented person or decreases his or her distress of a discontented person. Let us discuss few of them here.
- One must be regular in his morning walk or anything of regular practice work.
- One must cherish his likings which may be writing, singing, painting or any other activity with individuals’ right to integrity besides the normal activity of life.
- One should not lose the fight for self- dependant till the end of his or her life even though it started with the growth of sense of maturity. A baby depends on mother for survival. Similar to that an old depends on somebody for his or her care but unlike a baby the old person has the sense of maturity and so the old person should not give up the fight to self dependence.
The Art of balancing activity brings ultimate pleasure:
The whole of Universe is being existed on the balancing factors of celestial system of universe whereby night comes after the end of day, cold season comes after hot summer in cycle. The existence of life depends upon the balancing system of nature. Similar to that the art of extracting pleasure depends upon the balancing system of the person’s integrity. Pleasure is an art to be created and not a fate of destiny.

Excellent article. You gave good goals to achieve and live by such as punctuality, maintaining independence, and cherishing the things we love to do while keeping all things in balance.
Its funny that although we can look so different from one another in skin color, hair texture, height, weight, etc, we are still so much alike, inside!
