The World Ending on 21 December 2012?

What’s with all this speculation about the world ending?

There have been reports that the world is going to end on one fateful 21 december 2012. Well we are going to find out whether this is a hoax or the reality. Many people say that the world’s gonna end on that day because the mayan’s calender ends on that year at around that time. Who are mayans? Well they are indigenous people of parts of Mexico with once rich cultures and huge population. However they have all disappeared due to some forms of war or because of lack of resources. Well if you believe that the mayan’s calender got to do with the ending of the world, you are wrong! Well, the mayans were ancient people and and knew how to calculate and make calenders. Thus, they find it unreasonable to stretch the calender for longer. Since, they stopped at 2012. It does not even state that the world’s gonna end! Another belief of the world ending is by a plant called Niburu crashing or nearly crashing onto earth. People often describe it as planet X. But wait, there is no such thing as Nibiru in the first place so why are people worrying? Well, the answer may be this. Since scientist still believe there are many other planetary bodies still undiscovered, they named these planets as planet X. However they have never found one which was threatning and the search still continues.  Surely Planet X is just an unknown, hypothetical object and nothing sinister. So there you have it! The truth is out. The world is not gonna end specificly on 2012 but it still will. We don’t know when and how but I think it is in fate.

The Mayan calendar doesn’t end on 2012; it’s just the end of the current long count. There have been stelae found with dates beyond 2012.

I agree. It is pretty obvious that the world will end one day. However, I really do not buy into the Nostradamus predictions. BTW to anonymous- the Mayan calendar does end in 2012 according to everything that I have ever read.

Ok man, do your homework. NASA has proven satellite images with the Hubble telescope of Nibiru. The Sumerians are the ones you hve to learn about, They are our planet’s first Civilization. They had the numerical primaries between 1 and 12,000,000. hey ha agriclture. The knew the distance between every planet, and their size to within miles! They knew about the astroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. go to xfacts.com, you panzy. Learn the truth. Any of you want answers? ryanh372@yahoo.com

Its really dumb how they say the world is going to end on 2012.
they had said the same about 2000 and well we are still here?correct.Predicting a day out of the who calender doesn’t mean anything. And the Mayans had stopped there calender on December 21 2012, Maybe cause they are people from long ago they wouldn’t know how the future of the earth would stop any sooner! So this is really ridiculous…

    Hey Deriter!

Well I have done my homework. If you ever get the chance, pick up a copy of Zecharia Sitchin’s book “The End of Days”.

There is clearly a Picture of a newspaper heading that proves NASA found another planet. Sadly, almost two days after the printing, a retraction was made, and NASA claimed the whole thing as a hoax. However, in the nexty two years, NASA spent millions of tax dollars on a South Pole Observatory, which they claim will help them “watch for news.”

Now, I am not sure how much you know, but according to the tablets left by the sumerians (which total to almost 2 million), and Biblical passages, Nibiru will rise from the south, after Jupiter reaches its highest point.

The text I amwriting of claims this:
    “From the station of Jupiter,
the planet passes towards the west.

    From the station of Jupiter,
    the planet increases its brilliance,
and in the Zodiac of Cancer will become Nibiru.

    The great Planet.
    At his appearance: Dark Red.
The Heavens he divides in half
    as it stands in Nibiru.”

Yeah, you don’t buy it yet?
Here are some biblical refrences about “God”

“In Jupiter will thy face be seen”- Psalm 17

“the Lord from the south shall come… his shining splendor will beam as light”- Habakkuk 2

“Alone he stretches out the Heavens and treads upon the highest Deep; he arrives at the Great Bear, Sirius and Orion, and the constellations of the south” – Job 9

“smiling his face upon Taurus and Aries, from Taurus to Saggitarius he shall go” Amos 5;9

Yea man, I’ve done my homework. Don’t be fooled by modern day views of god. Everything you and every other Christian in this world knows is wrong. In Revelations, it talks about covering up the truth with lies in order to “save” human-kind.

    Read it for yourself.
