Conceptualist’s Dream of Future Travel and Clean Water Distribution

The future is now this idea is an original idea floating in the minds of scientists all over the world but I lived it, in a dream, to dream a little dream. I propose a bridge between the continent of Europe and the continent of Africa in the Straight of Gibraltar.This will allow the transportation of water from Europe to Africa.However,I also think that reverse osmosis would help us get the water we need. Only 2% of Earth’s water is drinkable, but with reverse osmosis we can get more fresh, drinkable water and then transport it to people who need it. The bridge would be constructed utilizing a mobile factory that would float extruding some composite material that like PVC that is Strong enough to with stand pressure and climate changes. It would have flexible joints that interconnect the large tubing, To provide force, there would be pumps that are in serial configuration that would pump fresh, clean , drinkable water throughout the entire expanse of the pipeline. The unique part is that it can transport a pod inside the pipeline that would be used to transport cargo or/and people to and from at rapid speed. The whole intercontinental vision of mine incorporates an intricate environmentally sound series of these pipelines that would divert this water from the frozen tundras of the north and south poles that could reduce the over-all increase in the ocean’s rise. Now, it would require an international consortium of nations to develop this monumental task and would require funding on a scale not seen in the minds eye or the worlds pocket book. But its a feasible not to distant possibility that would change the dry regions of Africa into abundant farm land that could easily reduce world hunger.
