Day Five of The Countdown to 2012!

Day five is here and so the day’s keep coming each year

holidays come and go

and humanity is looking for the blessed prosperity flow

but trouble and trials are still part of each day

again Lord, I am tired and I need a break you say

the bills of gifts you shouldn’t have bought

are now do and you are troubled and wrought

I should have done this and not done that again is the cry of the day

and you are exhausted and wished all of this would just go away

then you turn the TV on and what do you see

a child with no food and parents in true agony

then you realize that you really are truly blessed

and pick yourself up and the clean up your own mess
