How to Manage Your Frustrations
Frustration is not the outcome of what others are doing to you, but rather your reaction to what is happening.Therefore you and you alone have the best equipment for handling all that aggravation.

Many times we are overwhelmed by the undying emotions of frustrations especially when we see that we are putting in too much of our efforts into a project or task but we continue to fail to achieve our goals. The feeling that we are going no where soon becomes the reason for our frustrations and quitting the project becomes a real possibility.
To completely turn your frustrations into an ecstatic list of achievements, observe some of the following;
1. Focus on the little that is working
In the thick and thin of deep frustrations as a result of the feeling that you are going no where, there is always something little that is working-focus your attention and energies not on the bigger failure, but on this minute area of something working with your project and build on it and you will be surprised just how this little tail of success has pervaded the whole project.
2. Write down successfully accomplished tasks
For every task that you have ably accomplished, say in a week or month; list them down in a log book. Visit this book regularly to remind yourself which areas you are not doing well. Where you see little accomplishment, embark on it so that you are enabled to expand the list of achievements.
3. Focus on what you want to Happen
When you get overwhelmed by frustrations, sit back and look at those things that could have helped you to make things happen-once you have visualized them in your mind, embark on bringing them to bear on the project.
4. Remove any deviations and distractions from your plans
Avoid unnecessary clutter that could divert your focus from solving the problem and tasks before you using your set plans. For example, you want to succeed here in Triond, then you get about joining many other unrelated programs here on the internet that promise you lots o money, I can bet you will fail in everything you are doing because you are not focused. It is important to stick with the first plan to its very fruition. The maxim in dealing with frustrations effectively is –don’t be jumpy from one unfinished plan to another.
5. Visualize Success and Avoid the opposite attitude
Many people who constantly experience frustrations dwell more on the opposite attitude than on the positive outcomes. Don’t focus on what you don’t want to happen-focus on the brighter side of things around your project. By avoiding the negatives, failure will flee and in its place success will thrive because soon positive attitudes will invigorate you to have more energy to put into accomplishing what you want.

This is good advice Gaby. We all get frustrated at times and it can sap our energy.
