The Advantages of Money Cards Over Currency

Some of the ID information on the cards besides the usual could be a voice print, retnal scan,  thumb print, and visual scan since transfer devices will also have cameras for that purpose.  There will be coded replies like mother’s maiden name or where you were born.  If the person using a card doesn’t know this information, that will mean the card is not his.  

Credit cards may still be used to give people a little more money at times.  Balance transfers could be done all the time.  Repayment will also be done at either ATMs or electronically.  Some card companies will send transfer devices to customers that will need to be sent back through the mail or hooked into their computers for instant repayment.  This could be the easiest way to repay the companies and receive a higher balance to use.  

If a money card is lost along with a transfer device, all a person will need to do is go to a bank and report the loss.  Since transfers will be known by the banks people use, a duplicate card will be issued with the right amount in the card.  If the lost card is found, it will either be destroyed or taken to the bank and reprogrammed with the monetary information of the new card.  That card would be destroyed.  The person will also receive a monetary transfer device for use.  A small service fee may be charged by the bank.  

Money cards could replace currency before the middle of the century, as long as the majority of the people of the world embrace the concept.  They will be easier to work with and much more secure than currency.  Also, it would be easier to carry a single card than a thick wad of cash.  When a person travels to another country, instead of transferring his money into the local currency, as long as everyone is using a money card, the transfer devices will take into account the monetary differences and even the daily revaluation of monetary systems.  The advantages of a money card over currency make it the right choice for the world’s economies.
