Will the Future Really Be Better?

In our minds the worst place to be is right here and right now.

Our minds really lie to play tricks on us. Our minds invented that for us in order to be happy we always need either to go back in time or we need to wait for the future.

Nothing could ever be so wrong.

The past was ever worse than things are now. What great things can you remember from your past? If you are retired maybe you can remember some great things, however if you are still young maybe you do not think your past was so great. After all you had to go to school while it was raining, you had to be submissive to your parents, you had to obey the teacher, you had to walk home while raining and so on.

The past was really something very bad… or very good depending on your view, and only on your view. If you consider that you could have fun while it was raining and that you could improve many skills while you were studying maybe your past was not so bad after all.

Now let’s think about the future. Today we live in recession and things are getting worse. We hope the future will be better. But will the future really be any better? I bet not. The future will be only what we make of it. If you continue to live just like we lived until now, the future will be even worse than the present. We will only go and reach right after our steps. It’s impossible that something wonderful just falls from the skies, except if you consider some comets, otherwise you, me and everyone will have to work super hard to get the things. You cannot think that the future will bring us new computers, the only thing that will make better computers is not the future but only us!

Still too many people hope and pray for the future!!!

Live in the present and try to make your present your future. Imagine the best possible future, even better than your wildest dreams and make that great dream come true in your present.

The only things you can ever have, you can have them now! You can buy a Ferrari, sure you would get in debt but you can drive that car now. You can get that girl you want so madly now (if you can’t now, you can’t never, sorry buddy, move to a better one and now), you can have that amount of money if you make the right move right now, you can get that house, you can start that new hobby now, you can do anything you want today and you can have anything you want today.

In one sentence. Just think of your wildest dreams in the future and make them happen right now!
