Worldwide Disaster in 2012?
by The world is awaiting scientific evidence that the world might or might not last beyond 21/12/2012.
The ancient Mayan calendar has no date after December 21st, 2012. Therefore it is concluded that the Earth shall cease to exist after that date. The great Nostradamus had also predicted that the Earth shall be struck by a huge meteor which shall destroy the Earth. There is also a theory that a huge black hole at the centre of our galaxy shall pull the Earth into itself and destroy it.
Scientists on the other hand claim there is no such chance of a meteor coming Earth’s way and the centre of the galaxy is so far away from the Earth that even if a black hole was created there it would not affect us in any way. The Mayan calendar however, remains unexplained. But on the basis of scientific evidence there does not seem to be enough evidence to point to the destruction of the Earth.
