Homosexuals: A Defense on Its Scornful Remarks

In the very beginning, God created a male and female. This statement is unquestionable and cannot be denied. This is why other people think that other creatures or genders who happen to co-exist are abnormal and biologically and psychologically-impaired. This is the negative comment that some people try to explain without thinking deeply the reason beyond logic. These people say that homosexuals are illness and should be regarded with psychological treatment. Oftentimes, they would say that gays or homosexuals are destroyers of family and evil in nature for they violate and never conform what is dictated in the society. The worst thing here is that these people even try to exclude these homosexuals in the category of human beings for they are tagged as ill and for they are morally wrong and evildoers. Many times my known friends said that homosexuals are unclean, filthy, and even evil-doers in the society. As a result, they throw stones unto them and laugh out loud when these gays walk along the streets. They disrespect and disregard as if they were murderers and killers because these creatures, for them, are scornful and discriminating. They belong to world without acceptance for they are abnormal and pathetic.

Other people, especially those people who are in authority of the bible have mentioned that gays are sinners, and they, by themselves, cannot attain salvation and even go to heaven. To think of these, it is presumed that homosexuals are really sinners. This judgment is remarkable for them. They do not even think that these “creatures” are still humans. They are definitely bias and even illogical on their own, claiming the mistakes and sins of the gays but not claiming their own. They continually proclaim that these creatures are abnormal and immoral. 

Nonetheless, these people are judgmental beings. They do not have wider perspectives on the things around them. They do not accept that there are other people who co-exist for they are stubborn and unflexible. Below are reasons why homosexuals must be accepted and totally gained recognitions. Here they are : a) Homosexuals are harmless and friendly b) They provide beauty for the existence of life c) They are focused on their jobs d) They exhibit talents e) They are not murderers like the terrorists f) They are weak and vulnerable g) They need other people h) They are sensitive and  loving i) They excel in class j) They are humans that they can feel pain, heartaches, and happiness. For these reasons, please do not hurt them. They are humans not like you…
