People Taking Advantage of You

We finally got her things moved in and she got settled, but as time went on my place felt as if it wasn’t mine.  When I’d come home, she was there.  When I left for work, she was there.  It was like she was just hanging around and I felt suffocated in every way!  When I had my date over, she was there.  I’d tell to go elsewhere, but she made up every excuse not to leave.  One of my rules of the house is to not be around when I had my honey over, but she alas never got the rule!  She was totally and completely a leech!

At one point, she had a car, but had to return it to the dealership.  So a bunch of us had to be her ride all the time.  She got her car towed for no reason.  Her excuse?  She forgot what day it was!  She’s a few sandwiches short of a picnic!  She’s 53 years old and has not common sense, how nice!

Well, after about a 2-month period, I got tired of her endless bs and told her that she has to find a place to live.  She was not happy, but then she understood.  Til this day, she goes out of her way to make sure that she tries to make me feel guilty, but little does she know that she yet to!  For the 2 months she stayed with me, she only paid for groceries and her booze habit.  I had to fork out the $200 electric bill that she ran up and promised to pay, but was not able to due to her laziness.  Yeah, she works a job, but not everyday.  She has said on many occasions that she’s waiting for that rich guy to take care of her, give her a credit card and then that way she will not have to work another day.  Wake up, lady, reality has hit you!  You have to work a job, that rich man is not around the corner, grow up!  How sad!  She’s living in a dream world……….
