Undercover Gay Men
This story explains the myth behind the idea that every gay man is soft or timid. They are on the streets, in business suits, or in popular sports. Some might be your friends, and you dont know it yet.
Since college, I have never looked at a football player, a basketball player, or rap artist the same way. The most hardcore people on television could be the biggest back door bandits.
Many undercover gay men repress their homosexuality at an early age. We can blame a lot of this on everything from television, to lack of fatherly role models in the homes, to many forms of entertainment forcing a too rough image on our growing youth. Statistics show that many young Americans grow up seeing lots of television depicting violence on women from beatings and rapes, to violent killings of them. This could have a widespread effect on young men who may not be able to understand the care and attention it takes to develop a strong relationship with a woman. Not too mention that 90% of America’s youth grows up in a single parent household and never get too understand how a normal relationship works.
It’s hard enough to just be normal in society. To get married, raise kids, and stay a solid family can be very demanding. Now today to be a man you have to have the swag of 50 Cent with the business sense of Donald Trump. Then when you get home you better do your woman like a porn star with a ten inch penis. The idea of what you have to do to impress a woman can be very demanding. Not too mention that too many young men are visiting the incarceration systems every day. Many develop feelings of homosexuality in prison, and come out in society without being able to repress those feelings.
Today I think that if we start focusing on better role models and examples for our youth today, and stop leading them to television and bad examples then we would have better results. Revisiting the ideal relationship can be found in good places like church, and the bible. That way our young men can make a more defined decision about their sexuality.

i like this article. it’s interesting. i know there are a lot of undercover men . even on college campuses. my campus personally had a lot of frat guys who were gay. this was funny bcuz most frat guys attact the women. but yeah watever lol. and umm society has diminished a strong heterosexual relationship. most times society jst says men should be strong…and put soo much expectations out on them. However, I don’t think religion is the place ppl should turn to for finding sexuality. i think religion basically states u have to be heterosexual. ppl should choose their own sexuality. as part of their own identity. but society shouldnt be all homo or hetero there has to be a balance…so it can function properly.
