Arkansas Birds: Government or Nature?

Over the holiday weekend, a bizarre thing took place. Thousands of black birds died and fell out of the sky in Arkansas. Some claim that lightning and hail storms killed off the birds. Others believe that the fireworks from the New Year blinded them or caused them to plummet, killing them off. After all, black birds are known for their poor vision.
Yet, as always, there are theorists who claim that government testing killed them. They think the government is testing a new biological weapon. Earlier, thousands of fish also died by similar mysterious causes. This idea has become popular.
