(Breath), a Cosmic Energy

Breath,  is the primal cosmic energy which is all pervading and the root-cause of all movements and manifestation in the universe. At every stage of being, from the highest to the lowest,  all movement merge into breath,  and through breath they manifest, all animals, plats watery creature breathe. breathe is life.

It activates the heart. Breath is the gross manifest-ion of subtle breath and is closely related to mind. If we control our breath, we can control our mind and vital entry also. it is enables saints, or any holy person whom the society con-sided to do the miracles.

Medical science asserts that all types of diseases have emotional factors like anger, and selfishness, which first disturb the normal functions of  breath in the body.

The nose has two openings (nostrils). We breathe through one at a time for about one hour and then change to the other. Oxygen from air is absorbed purifying the blood, and any foreign matter with carbon dioxide is exhaled. The process goes on till life lasts. The respiratory track is thick and spongy but the lines of the olfactory region is soft delicate.  It is Nature’s way to serve our need as the air we breathe into lungs must be warm and moist to avoid any friction.

Medically, life begins from the first intake of air by the newborn. Atrologically, it starts when the child gives its first cry after brith. i.e. the actual time of birth to cast a horoscope, properly breathing is essential.

BREATH:- It can explain in many way  some of below

1. vital force which constantly flows from heart.

2.responsible for downward movements.

3.responsible for upward movement, active in throat region, takes energy to subtle body to harmonise all functions.
