I too have experenced investing in all kinds of markets, going personally broke (I did not file bankruptsy), I did manage to start a new businesses later and I have experienced working 80 hour weeks in startups, I agree that the free marketplace can work, if allowed to; problem is our government over the years has become more and more like China which runs the show rather than the business owners.
