Civil Rights in a Civic Civilized Society: Liberty for All
The civil rights were signed in a difficult time in the United States of America. It has appeared that it is important to protect populations that do not belong to the military corporation or ask for reglementation to forbid misuse of weapons and to promote respect between the civil society and the military.
The concept of civil rights is a very interesting one. The word civil is often used to refer to the population as opposed to the military. This means that the military use weapons whereas the civilians use their physical strength to fight against others.
The concept of civil rights is important because the army has tried to rule the civilians sometimes in an illegal manner. It is very difficult to fight against an angry nationalist army.
The army is supposed to help in situations of disaster in order to save lives. The United States of America is a pioneer in protecting populations. There was the signature of civil rights in 1964 by President Lyndon Baines Johnson and most recently the signature on the control of weapons by President William Clinton. The most memorable moment was when the Berlin war fell which was separating the East and the West, and West Germany and East Germany which promoted the use of strategic arms.
