Disability tax credit is a non refundable tax credit.It is for people with disabilities.It is a form you fill out and you may receive retroactive moneys.If you are a qualified person usually a medical doctor certifies that you have a disability.Then you fill out a form called T2201 Disability tax credit certificate.If you are eligible you will be sent a letter.You may also visit the Canada Revenue Agency website to find out more information.
