German Court Justify a Lawsuit Apple

The trial continued Dala tablet patent case between Apple and Samsung, a judge in Germany on Thursday found strong evidence of similarity between the Apple iPad and Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Speaking before Apple, and Samsung put forward their arguments in court, the judge confirmed his view that the command should be executed. A final decision is expected on Thursday.

Previously, the Duesseldorf court issued an order banning the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 throughout the European Union, but later the order was only valid in Germany since the case was not clear if extended across Europe.

The question still to be decided by the court on Thursday, according to Reuters.
