Guitarist Martin Berrios, a member of the band that accompanies stable in their presentations to the entire Los Nocheros Salta, died last night in a traffic accident in the province of Jujuy, police and confirmed Kike Teruel, lead singer of the musical group.

Berrios, 25, died at 21 last night, when the Peugeot 206 he was driving collided head on with a Ford Ranger in the provincial route 34 to 80 kilometers from the town of Pampa Blanca in Jujuy.

Police sources reported that Berrios died as a result of impact suffered and that was trapped in the wreckage of his car, where he was rescued by Volunteer Fire personnel Perico.

The musician, who had joined five years ago the band accompanying stable Nocheros in their live performances, was rushed to hospital in Monterrico, where he died at 22.30 last night for “serious multiple injuries,” according to the union medical part of the hospital.

Speaking to Channel 3 news in Cordoba, Kike Teruel said the Nocheros “We are shattered … Martin was a very lively changuito, who was with much happiness” and reported that the band canceled a scheduled basis for tonight.

“Life would take him. He came to see his son in Jujuy and was killed in an accident,” said Teruel in these statements.
