Is Our Government Still Governing

In these modern times of change and technological advancement, people are bombarded every day with new promises from their government. But all these solutions, all of these extraordinary offers simply don’t add up. The United States of America is in over 12 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT! The average American has over $5000 in credit card debt! So where is all this money going. Who the hell is entitled to all this. THE BANKS. The banks that we Americans owe exsorbinate sums of money to are the exact same banks receiving bail out money from the United States Goverment. While the larger middle class is left to fight for theselves in the current recession. Where does all this bring us?  Striaght towards a slow painful end. And the politicians keep promising lower taxes to get the votes all the while sending the government further into debt. And once they’ve got their votes what do they do? They sell their country. When a poltician comprises the people’s best interest for their own financial goals, they are taking a part of this country and putting a price tag on it. We need change, real change.  We cant live outside of our means. We are selling our souls to the banks. Money=Power and Debt=Servitude Do the math before the math does us over. Who’s country is this anyway?
