Russia: Gaddafi Has Lost Legitimacy and Must Leave Power

Russia thinks that Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi has lost legitimacy, and Moscow is prepared to arrange his departure from power, the RIA Novosti agency reported Friday, taking a statement by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Riabkov.
