The Best Government

Democracy is currently regarded as basically the only large scale form of government that really works well.  There are varriations on that like republic and Parliament which although they work are far from perfect.  Many civilizations and modern countries have come close to this form but no major people have used this is exact way.

It’s starts out with a senate, congress or Parliament, whatever you want to call it.  A group of elected people 2 from each state, territory, prefecture, whatever you want to call it.  Thats where the general population leaves the picture, from this point on the people have no more say.  From there you split these people up further into group basically like we already have.  There is a group of people to do the jobs of the president, the jobs of the congress, senate and supreme court.  You make sure each group has people to represent all (or almost all) major views in the country.  From this point it is basically run like America today.

How is this any different from the government we already have?  Simple, in America bassically the party with the president in power gets there way most of time.  When a president from the other office comes into power he scraps most fo the progress to that point and goes in another direction.  This way all views are represented.  Sure it will be harder to make decisions but this way most issues get addressed, and the spread of which way the decisions go is much more even.

Still far from perfect, i think this would be a major improvement.
