The FHA May Have Money Waiting for You

Don’t pay some one else to locate money from HUD for you when all it takes is a phone call to find out if you are due a refund or a “Mutual Mortgage Dividend” check.

Those so called bounty hunters that can locate money from HUD for you can charge up to fifty percent and all they do is call 703-235-8117 for a list of individuals who are due a refund check. These refunds can be for thousands of dollars. You will need a loan number and a FHA case number(the Recorded Deed Of Purchase) to apply for a refund. Here’s how,

You may qualify for a refund check if you have paid the entire FHA insurance premium on your mortgage, up front, instead of installments. In order to qualify you need to carry a long for at least 7 years. Your lender should know if you paid your insurance premium up front and if you are able to receive a “Mutual Mortgage Dividend” check upon paying off your mortgage agreement. After you fulfill your agreement, the bank should notify HUD, and in return, HUD should notify you if you have a return coming.

If you feel you may have a return coming, you can call DHUD-Distributive Shares Division, 541 7th Street, SW, Washington, D.C. 20410, Hud Locator, DHUD-Insuance Operation Divison, 202-708-1422 or 703-235-8117. GOOD LUCK!!
