Why Communism Can’t Work

Ah, Communism! The equality among all with everything shared out to all the inhabitants equally. The entire idea behind communism was to have a strong economy while maintaining a leaderless state of affairs. Sadly, however, this is just impossible. If a leader is not chosen among a people, then someone will make themselves the authority.

In truth, the idea of Communism is great. No, I am not communist, but I can appreciate the values of another type of government. If all the power was in each individual person and no one had the upper hand, the world would be much more fair. There would be no scams, no blackmail, little if any murder, and other such negatives gone. It is, however, human nature to be dominant in everything, even over each other. It wouldn’t be long before someone decided that they wanted more power so they could feel on top. after all, aren’t we superior to everyone else? if someone said they were better than you, would you not b angry because you assume you are better? This is not only on person to person level, but can also be seen in the nationalism of countries. Pride and arrogance are a leading factor in most wars. The Aryan race was considered superior in Germany, Terrorists attack the USA because they see us “infidels” as inferior, and in history the Crusades were carried out by Christians because Muslims were thought to be unworthy. If one person took initiative in an ideal communism, he could easily come to power, and people will accept it. There has always been a leader among people throughout the ages, whether it is Chieftain, King, High Priest, Czar, President, Or Supreme leader of the world. WE create leaders among ourselves, and always will. And yes, sometimes we get rid of our leaders. but as soon as we do there is always someone else ready to step in and fill the gap.
