116 Dead in Hurricanes in America
by The death toll rose by a series of hurricanes that hit the state of Missouri in central U.S. the past two days to 116 dead and more than a thousand injured.

The authorities say the city of Joplin, which lies a few kilometers from Kansas and Oklahoma was the biggest victim of the hurricane, which reached a speed of 320 kilometers per hour, where the right mass to be between 25 and 30% of the area.

The President Barack Obama, who was on his way to start a European tour, offered his condolences to the families of victims, stressing the readiness of the federal government to assist the victims.
The series of hurricanes hit areas in south-eastern United States early May this, and left 354 people dead as well as material damage.
