The revolutions in 1848 were indeed a phenomenon which dominated the entire Europe at the time. It started in France and continued in Austria, Germany, Italy and Romania, although in each contry there were different reasons for starting a revolution. Romanian revolution in 1848 started due to the dominance of the Europe’s empires and great powers.
