American Bloodshed: Internal Affairs

The earth was soaked with American blood as an unnecessary war took place in the mid 19th century. Today the numbers of casualties in the American Civil War continues to reign over every other war that America was involved in. Fathers fought against sons and brothers rivaled against brothers. Family members met in the face of battle fully prepared to take each others life over the controversial issue of slavery. Slavery has been branded into American history and has effected the entire world, some more serious than others. At one point in American history, slavery was accepted by everyone as means of getting specific labors done, specifically on plantations. The turning point began as a revolution in Europe fought hard to permanently ended slavery. Northerners began to reason with this idea while the South immediately disclosed it. Over time, issues over slavery became more serious and controversial. Civil War was always in the back of every American’s head. Hoping that it would never come to reality due to the consequences, but Civil War became the only option to settle their problems.
