		<description>I must admit that most of the Romanians I know roll their eyes when you mention Vlad Tepes, but then again, none of the Romanians I know live in a part of the country where they can actually  benefit from the massive Dracula-related tourist industry!! 		<description>Vlad wasnt evil man, he was a hero, at least to his people. What he did in warefare was called fear tactics, to intimidate his enemy. which he did well. He was psychotic, but he was a warrior. Not a vampire. Ive studied this man in great detail. He doesnt turn in to a bat or drink blood. People in Romania would disagree as well</description>
