The atomic bomb, also known as the A-bomb is an extremely, highly explosive nuclear weapon. It is classified as a fission bomb because its potency is derived from the nuclear fission of atoms. In the climax of WWII, two A-bombs were launched towards Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6th, 1945. The bomb killed nearly 220,000 people in both islands. An overwhelming majority of the population killed were innocent civilians. After the bombing, radiation of the nuke killed thousands more.

Radiation killed land and made it impossible to grow things. Hiroshima has been rebuilt, and now there is about 1.1 million people living there. Albert Einstein’s E=mc2 was used for the creation of the atomic bomb. The countries with possession of nuclear weapons at the moment are The Soviet Union, France, US, China, India, North Korea, Pakistan, and UK; it’s also known as nuclear club.
