Billy The Kid Received an Official Pardon

See from who he received an official pardon…

About the legendary Wild West outlaw, Billy the Kid famous, is said to have stolen hundreds of horses and cattle that escaped from jail numerous times and killed 21 people. At least this is legend. But nearly 130 years after his death, it seems that turbulent kids had a much cleaner record than people like to believe Western Amateur.

New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson is convinced that the legendary gunman was an innocent kid, much of his accusations are false and fabricated. Consequently, the governor is willing to declare posthumously apologize Billy the Kid, on behalf of the U.S. state.

His decision was challenged by descendants but furious Sheriff Pat Garret, the man who killed Billy. They say the apologies are nothing but a “unacceptable defamation ” to the hero who killed the bastard kid.

“Everybody today wants to turn it on Billy the Kid into a mythical hero, knowingly chose to ignore the fact that it was actually a villain and a murderer,” said Susan Floyd Garret Press, an offspring of the Sheriff of justice.

Shortly after the death of Billy the Kid, Sheriff Garret published a book entitled “The Authentic Life of Billy the Kid” memoir legend who founded the famous gunfighter.
