In this movie the major role has Steve Rogers. He is volunteers in a top secret project. Steve Rogers is 20 years old boy who is 90 pound weakling. He tried five times to enter into the Army. But because of his body construction is rated as 4F, what means he is rejected.

The action take place in The Second World War. 

Here comes the Dr. Abraham Erskine who is German scientist who escaped the Nazis and now he is working on secret project to create a super soldiers.
