People of many different social backgrounds created the Declaration of Independence, while people of mostly aristrocratic backgrounds created the Constitution. However, the statement, of the Constitution being less intended for common people as compared to the aristocratic, seems to a great extent invalid, because of multiple reasons such as allowing the people to have equal representation.

There is equal representation in the Constitution because the people of each state is represented depending upon their population by members to join the House of Represenatives, and by two people per each state to represent them in Congress. The richer people are not given more power in matters of the national government. An example of this would be during the presidential elections, a person with more wealth would not be able to buy a president into office. Furthermore, the Constitution is fair in the laws is contains because it affects all people to some extent the same. For example, if a person breaks the law the government of the United States of America will trial that person for that same crime even if hes rich or poor.
