Fallout has had it technology upgraded but now it is between the two that a battle is brewing. Van Buren was set to be a game in the place of Fallout three but was then cut. It was to incorporate the top down turn based of the past and first/ third person shooter of the day. Without this game however the series will forever be divided between the old and the new.
