Gran Torino

Living a racist war veteran of Korea, in a neighborhood plagued by crime, Detroit is forced to confront their own prejudices when a young Hmong persistent problems in the neighborhood trying to steal his prized Gran Torino.

 Decades after the Korean War ended, the aging veteranWalt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) is still haunted by the horrors he witnessed on the battlefield. The two most important objects Kowalski in life are the classic Gran Torino, which is his happy days working on a Ford assembly plant, and the M-1rifle, which has saved countless lives during his time fighting. 

As a teen neighbor Kowalski (BeeVang) tries to steal his Gran Torino, as part of agang initiation rite, the old man manages to catch the thief who aspire to the business end of their good semi-automatic gun. Later, because of the pride of the Asian Group, the child is forced to return home Kowalski and carry out an act of penance. 

Although Kowalski wants nothing to do with the troubled young man realizes that the quickest way the situation is just cooperate. In an effort to put the teenager on the right path in life and treat him, he resists the veterinarian with an accomplice, who now works in construction. In the process, Kowalski discovered that the only way to pull many painful memories to rest is finally face their own prejudices against blind
