Why imperialism was positive.

Imperialism

Imperialism was a positive event in world history. Some examples are cultural diffusion, education, and economic growth. Imperialism brought cultural diffusion around the world, sharing new beliefs, idea, religions, goods, and services. This changes life in some significant way. With education, many communities began to be able to compete with the rest of the world. Also, economic growth was very important. It built schools, roads, railroads, ports, and many other things. This also brought better communications. Many markets were developed as well. With all of this, modernization began to occur. With modernization, everyone begins to compete on the same level.
