North and South Korea

You don’t need to be an expert to know something is wrong out there. North and South are having a conflict. The last couple of days it has been escalating. North attacked some military base while south recently showed their muscles in  a military drill. Yes the tension there is noticeable everywhere. Will the Russians side with the north and will the west be pro-south and join their forces to defeat North? In my eyes the answer to all these questions is…..no. A big red flashing bigger and getting smaller no.

If we look at the history from the past couple of decades we can see that Russia has just turned from a communistic empire to a capitalistic country. Just look at footage from the fall of Berlin or at the Kremlin when the wall fell. Millions of people running from the wall to the other side. Communism has fallen in Russia making way for capitalism. Would they give it all up to side with North? Most likely no. 

And what about the Americans? What’s their motive to not join the war? Simple, look at what happened in Vietnam. Not so long ago allot of lives we’re lost. And for what? A country that expressed her will? Heading out to the north could result into the same way. And besides the middle east is where the focus is on now so attacking the north would cost them to live the east which is unacceptable.

This conflict should be solved but between the country’s themselves. The big problem is is that north is totally closed down for the outside world. Who knows what’s going on there.

We should try to see the world differently through different glasses. The world is changing and so should we. North south big deal. We all think different but we should respect other opinions and learn to live with them. Those who can’t accept that we live together on one globe should be punished. Make a heaven on earth instead of hoping for it.
