Not a Depression?

Just a pov.

So we aren’t in a depression?

How does the government figure that? I don’t know about the people on capital hill, but I personally have had to make some major budget cuts. With gas staying at a staggering $3.60 a gallon and the groceries bill keeps growing larger and larger. Now factor in the natural disasters we’ve had this year alone, in the areas where a majority of our crops come. Expect to see crazy price hikes this fall and winter. Combine all that with an election year coming up and the unemployment rate at the outrageous numbers it’s at and economists have the notion to say its just a recession?

As much as I hate to point out the fact that the DOW and other major players in the stock market keeps plummeting to endless depths. If I read correctly they have been down 4 weeks consecutively. De ja vue?!?! Yes. Look up the great depression facts and you will see a similarity.

Now, I by no means am a fanatical doomsday person but I can’t help but wonder what is going on? With the insane weather, strange outbreaks (ie ameoba that eats your brain) and the thousands of birds that decided to just drop dead with out a reason. Everyone has heard about the death of honey bee colonies.
I particularly like the new statement about the global warming.

Its just somethings everyone should think of.
