Obamas Job Plan

president obama challenged congress to pass his 447 billion dollar plan to decrease unemployment in America.in his 32 minute speech he said over and over again that congress must pass this plan.the plan includes cuts in payroll taxes and new spending on public work.the plan is kinda similar to the stimulus plan.analysts say that the plan would likely put a growth in the economy.obama says that the packages would be paid for by raising a long term spending cuts to be negotiating by a special congressional committee.the primarily target for this plan is to create jobs.

our recovery for the economy will not be decided by the white house but by the businesses and the workers.the plan will put a growth in the economy.obama said if republicans didn’t support even a little bit of the plan, than he was going to take the issue directly to the public.
