Some people have favourite quotes that they believe are true about life, this is one of mine and the reason why.
Eleanor Roosevelt – Since everybody is an individual, nobody can be you. You are unique. No one can tell you how to use your time. It is yours. Your life is your own. You mold it, you make it!
How many times have you looked at someone and thought for a minute, just a minute, I wish I had that person’s life, I wish I looked like that person, if I was that person I would be able to do so much more with my life.
Sometimes things can hold us up, money, work, life, everyone has responsibilities that sometimes stop us from doing exactly what you want, when you want. But if you are unhappy with life then you are the only one who can change this.
You can buy every self help book out there, you can hire life coaches in hope they will tell you what to do, but at the end of the day you are the only person in the world who can change your life. You can ask for advice, but its up to you to take that advice, it is up to you to make the change. People buy these self help books hoping that their life will change in an instant, they don’t realise that reading a book is just the start of it, they don’t realise that they have to do the work, they are the ones who need to decide to make the change.
All the advice in the world isnt going to change your life, you are the only one who can do this, so you need to decide, you need to ask yourself, who do you want to be, and what do you want to do? Only you can answer that.
