Fr’s troubles have begun in November when once before it there was a phantom of the old man, late father of its owner, demanded to transfer to the son that that has distributed money to those to whom they are bequeathed. However the sister of the died has refused to accept money, and the phantom has come again to Fr and has asked to buy for it for all sum a ring, this gift it has willingly accepted.
Apparently, the behavior of the old man has fine angered his wife who too has already departed in the world others, and it began to torment ruthlessly the unfortunate servant. Being that in own shape in the form of a fire-spitting dog, it artfully attacked time and again Frensis. Once it with amazing force has struck it, having brought down thus from a horse.
But the most surprising has happened, when Fr came back from work on the eve of Easter of 1683. Somebody invisible has seized it by folds of a frock coat and has thrown in air. After Frensis have found out in a bog, he has been half undressed, but cheerfully whistled also something sang. Having regained consciousness, Fr has told that the phantom of the furious woman has thrown it so highly that «the house of the owner has seemed to it of no more haystack». Boots of Frensis have found on the different parties from the house, and its wig hung on a tree.
A week later Fr who yet up to the end has recovered after endured, has declared that it was attacked by a bird who has flown in a window with a stone in a beak. The bird so strongly it has knocked that on a forehead it still had bruise and a swelling and to it it became bad. When phantoms have left the poor creature alone, John Obri doesn’t inform.
