Pirates of The Caribbean Four – My Review
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, review.
Very mediocre film, especially when compared with the previous parts. Scenes where breathtaking, from the amazing finds the director in conjunction with the wonderful music I personally did not catch. Although the music is just as good (for the same). Penelope Cruz, in my opinion, it is simply inappropriate. The pastor was not a worthy substitute hero Orlando Bloom on the part of virtue, but it is not wine, quite a decent actor. Love-romantic line with virtually wordless and passive mermaid painfully unnatural and not up to a couple of Keira Knightley, Orlando Bloom.
To a large extent the success of the previous parts formed from a set, seemingly minor details and characters that are simply not there. No two are funny and recognizable men, no two pirates roamed the dunce of the series in the series. There is not a staged revelations, comparable with the effects of battle on a rotating wheel, for example. Remember, coming down the stairs with a straight face Lord Bekketa on expanding into the chips ship? A terrible and fascinating scene with the singing pirate song boy on the gallows? And coming on the sinking boat and the winning move with mooring mast at Jack Sparrow?
Nothing like these little masterpieces scenes in this movie does not. This can be compared, perhaps, so as happens with mistresses preparing for the same recipe from the same ingredients the same dish can be prepared, in different ways. Too subtle matter operated in the creation of his films and previous director was unable to catch them, to feel and realize the current director, although attempted, it can not be overlooked.
